ABWAK is excited to host a one-day workshop focused on birds of prey husbandry and management, at The Hawk Conservancy Trust.
Join members of the Bird Team from The Hawk Conservancy Trust for an exclusive insight into the management of birds of prey in a specialist collection. This CPD workshop is ideal for anyone who works with, or have an interest in, raptors in a zoological or educational collection.
Throughout the day, participants will benefit from a mixture of engaging talks, interactive sessions, and behind-the-scenes access. Learn from one of the UK’s leading raptor centres and gain knowledge and practical skill that can be applied to a wide range of settings—whether you're managing a small group of birds or a large, diverse collection.

Optional Burrowing Owl Experience can be included. (limited availability with additional small charge).
Bookings will not be confirmed unless online registration is completed, and full payment has been made.
Cost for ABWAK members £35,
Members of BIAZA or ICZ association collection £45,
Non-members also welcome £55.
Refreshments and lunch are included in the price.
